Ngoc Chau Natural Rubber supplies Natural Rubber Latex Concentrate 60% DRC from Vietnam for industrial buyers and manufacturers, available in High Ammonia (HA), Medium Ammonia (MA), and Low Ammonia (LA) grades for export.
Buyers can review the key information needed to evaluate our latex supply, including technical specifications, available grades, typical applications, packing and container loading options, and quality documents such as Technical Specification and Batch COA before requesting a quotation.
Natural Rubber Latex 60% DRC Specifications
For industrial purchasing, DRC alone is not enough to determine whether a latex is suitable for production. The supplier specification should be compared with your factory’s approved raw-material requirements.
| Parameter | Typical Reference | Buyer Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Dry Rubber Content – DRC | ≥ 60% | Actual amount of dry rubber in the latex |
| Total Solids Content – TSC | ≥ 61% | Total solid material present |
| Mechanical Stability Time – MST | ≥ 650 sec | Stability under mechanical agitation and processing |
| Volatile Fatty Acid – VFA | ≤ 0.06 | Supporting indicator of latex condition and preservation |
| Coagulum Content | ≤ 0.03% | Amount of partially coagulated rubber particles |
| Sludge Content | ≤ 0.10% | Amount of settled insoluble material |
Final requirements should follow the specification agreed between buyer and supplier.
Buyer Specification → Supplier Technical Specification → Batch COA
For a deeper explanation of DRC, MST, VFA and other quality parameters, see our Natural Rubber Latex Quality Testing Guide.
Available Grades: HA, MA & LA
Natural Rubber Latex 60% DRC is available in different ammonia grades depending on the buyer’s production, preservation, and storage requirements.
| Grade | Ammonia Level |
|---|---|
| HA – High Ammonia | Higher, generally ≥0.60% |
| MA – Medium Ammonia | Intermediate, around 0.30–0.59% |
| LA – Low Ammonia | Lower, generally ≤0.29% |
Ammonia helps preserve and stabilize natural rubber latex during storage and transportation, reducing the risk of premature coagulation and deterioration. Higher ammonia levels generally provide stronger preservation, but also produce a stronger ammonia odor.
High Ammonia (HA) Latex 60% DRC is commonly requested when a higher ammonia preservation level is required. Low Ammonia (LA) Latex may be preferred where lower ammonia content is required by the production process or the buyer’s approved raw-material specification.
The appropriate ammonia grade should therefore be selected according to the buyer’s approved specification, production process, and preservation requirements rather than application name alone.
Typical Industrial Applications of Natural Rubber Latex 60% DRC
Natural Rubber Latex 60% DRC is commonly used in gloves and dipped products, adhesives, mattresses and coir products, rubber thread, carpet applications and other industrial uses.
| Application | Typical Products / Uses | Commonly Requested Grade* |
|---|---|---|
| Gloves & Dipped Products | Medical gloves, household gloves, latex-coated and wrinkle gloves | HA Latex |
| Adhesives & Lamination | Shoe glue, footwear adhesive, lamination and carpet applications | HA Latex |
| Mattress & Coir Products | Latex mattresses, foam products and coir mattresses | LA Latex, with lower ammonia generally preferred |
| Latex / Rubber Thread | Elastic thread and rubber thread | MA or HA Latex |
| Balloons & Latex Bladders | Balloons, inflatable products and latex bladders | HA Latex |
*Based on recurring inquiries and application requirements received from Ngoc Chau’s industrial buyers. Final grade selection should follow the factory’s approved specification, formulation and production process.

Natural Rubber Latex Packing & Container Loading
Natural Rubber Latex 60% DRC is available in Flexibag, Steel Drum, IBC Tank, and Jerry Can.
The suitable packing depends on shipment volume, unloading equipment, storage system, and how the latex will be handled after arrival.
| Packing | Typical Container Loading | Buyer Consideration |
|---|---|---|
| Flexibag | 20 / 21 MT preferred / 21.5 MT per 20DC | Bulk factory consumption |
| Steel Drum | 80 × 200–205 kg = 16–16.4 MT per 20DC | Batch-by-batch handling |
| Steel Drum | 98 × 200–205 kg = 19.6–20.09 MT per 20DC | Higher container utilization |
| IBC Tank | 20 × 960 kg = 19.2 MT per 20DC | Tank-by-tank handling |
| IBC Tank | 26 × 960 kg = 24.96 MT per 40DC / 40HC / 40RH* | Larger-volume handling |
| Jerry Can | 900 × 25 kg = 22.5 MT per 20DC | Smaller-unit handling or distribution |
For factories consuming latex regularly in bulk, Flexibag is normally the first option to evaluate when suitable unloading and storage equipment is available.
Steel Drums and IBC Tanks provide greater flexibility when latex needs to be handled in smaller batches. Jerry Cans are mainly suited to smaller-unit handling or distribution.
Our preferred regular Flexibag configuration is approximately 21 MT per 20DC. Final loading should be confirmed according to the shipping route, container condition, inland transportation, and buyer’s receiving setup.
For a detailed comparison, see our Natural Rubber Latex Packing Guide.
Quality Documents & Batch Verification
Before order confirmation, buyers should compare the supplier’s Technical Specification and Batch COA with their approved raw-material requirements.
| Document / Information | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Technical Specification | Initial comparison with buyer requirements |
| Batch COA | Review actual batch quality results |
| Product / Packing Photos | Visual verification |
| Container Loading Information | Logistics and unloading planning |
